No mention of his irresponsible African father OR unmarried White mother. No mention he's even half-White. No mention of Michelle Obama being proud of her country 'for the first time.' No mention of the good senator's voting record, to the left of Ted 'Swim' Kennedy. No mention of the connection to William Charles "Bill" Ayers, domestic radical terrorist. Biden is such an embarrassment the drive-by media never mentions him if they can help it, and the Taxocrat-controlled do-nothing 10% approval rating Congress put a total frigging useless idiot like Nancy Pelosi 3rd in line should something have happened to Bush/Cheney.

Frigging... WHAT? His father is Kenyan, and has sired a host of children. HE has made something for himself in the USA. While you can glean things about a person from where they come from, you can tell an awful lot more about a person by where they take themselves, and Obama has taken himself into a position of having done amazing works for people and being in a stable relationship.

Unfortunately one falsehood increases the possibility of others. Does anyone know if that a legitimate picture or a photo manipulation?

The photo doesn't attempt to be realistic, so it's partially just "satire," and it's not in bad taste the way photoshopping Obama's head onto a terrorist would be. However, it's shown too quickly in this video for those parts to be noticeable without pausing it.
I agree it would have been more above the belt to use a real picture.
