In using the budgets actual +200MM blockbuster movies as references, this video excludes non-human costs, and reflects an approximation of the take home pay of all humans involved, based on average union rates.

If they showed the # of hours for each position it would give you an even better idea of how overpaid some of those people are.

And with Hollywood accounting, you can make sure that you don't have to pay anyone you don't want to.

no modeller, animator, FX artist, or "CG artist" (whatever that is) is making anywhere near a million per project.

Yeah that was weird, they had the big block of "Digital Artists" (which could mean anything, including lighters, modelers, animators, compositors) at 20K a pop, and then later 3 "CG Artists", 3 "Modelers", 3 "Animators" making about a million each.
What's the diff? I'm an animator, by the way, and I couldn't tell ya...
