If anything, it's an indication of just how polarised view points really are between generally republican and democrat positions.

I'm sure as an industry body, slanting their PR convention towards aligning with conservative values was calculated based on solid data that said that the number of socially liberal supporters they alienate will be vastly outnumbered by the conservative supporters they can fire up.

Yes and it was horrible. The first thing it did was log me out of VideoSift, toss my theme settings right out the window and basically sundered my Chrome browser experience.

I didn't want something to proxy my entire browser session, I wanted something that would handle just the video embed, just like MediaHint does.

Honestly people who show up to hear her talk though seem to just eat this kind of stuff up. At this point she is just cashing in on their ignorance, I don't know that i think she even believes half the insanity she spews.
