radxsays...If you're not singing the establishment's praises and regurgitating government talking points, then clearly you're not a journalist. Or was that a propagandist? Damn, I always mix those up...
Maybe I should ring up the Minitrue and ask for clarifications.
Snohwsays...Despicable
If you're evenhaving the discussion that a journalist is doing something criminal. WHEN HE'S DOING HIS JOB
That just shows how disfigured and dysfunctional your media and debate has become.
bobknight33says...What slippery slope we live on.
The government commits mass crimes against its people and the messenger is convicted.
Get you ass in gear and vote for TEA Party candidates.
gharksays...Boom, headshot.
Yogisays...I upvoted the first part of your post, not the last. It's not the Tea Party would should be voting for, we should vote for who will represent us. If there are people in the Tea party who will represent the American People and push for Single Payer health care for all (which would eliminate the national debt by the way) then I would gladly vote for them.
So far I haven't seen or heard of any Tea Party candidate who isn't just trying to stop whatever legislation Obama is supporting, that's not productive, nor is it intelligent.

siftbotsays...5 more comments have been lost in the ether at this killed duplicate.
Fletchsays...Suggesting people vote for Tea Party candidates as an alternative to Democrats who leave much to be desired is like suggesting rubbing an inadequately-treated flesh wound with fresh dog shit. We'll get it fixed when a better treatment is available, but we're good with the bandaid for now, thank you.

This Salon piece makes a nice companion to this video: http://www.salon.com/2013/06/24/why_shouldnt_david_gregory_be_charged_with_a_crime/

Washington post also blasts Gregory for this:
http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/erik-wemple/wp/2013/06/23/david-gregory-whiffs-on-greenwald-question/
David Gregory’s logic has a cursory appeal. Why wouldn’t Greenwald have the courage to take on the issues swirling around his reporting? Shouldn’t a Sunday talk show host have the latitude to pose tough questions to another journalist?
Of course. Too bad, however, Gregory didn’t do that. Rather, he seeded his question with a veiled accusation of federal criminal wrongdoing, very much in the tradition of “how long have you been beating your wife.” To repeat the question: “To the extent that you have aided and abetted Snowden, even in his current movements, why shouldn’t you, Mr. Greenwald, be charged with a crime?”
bobknight33says...Stopping and blocking every Obama / Democrat initiative is exactly what is needed. Blocking every Republican that supports any liberal agenda is also necessary.

bobknight33says...Political party speaking, Democrats are the scurge of America and Republicans are nor far behind. Helping one another belongs in each of or hearts and actions, Not Forced redistribution via government law. The Constitution is to provide a level playing field, not slanted for this group or that company.
The Tea party main desire is to bring forth laws that follow the Constitution.
The band aid that is running our government is a puss filled plague that will infect the whole America and bring it to its knees.

poolcleanersays...The liberal agenda! That's why I became a Muslim. I hate liberals, as well! Let's embrace.
