Chairman_woosays...So naturally I'm not going to mention any specifics, but I will say that several things in that trailer are notably different from the books already.
Looks like I probably wont be able to use the smug "you have no idea what JRRM is about to do to you this time" face quite as much with other people this series!
That said.... you really don't know what JRRM is about to do to you this time! (about 3 or 4 times in fact depending which bits they use this series)
Edit: You may still have to wait for series 6 for the really big one, but it's not off the cards...
