This feels so Russian - I really miss the place. Shashlik is one of my favourite foods, albeit with pork, and they showed the most important part - heavily marinating the cooks.

Correction: I've been told that it's extremely Caucasian, not Russian. Could be any one of the small sub-states in Russia and Georgia. In any case, I'm looking forward to things opening up so I can go back.

Mostly this looks exactly like the Russians you want to avoid in real life, the ones that only have one friend to eat a whole Ostrich with, for a good reason.
