This country has becomes too big, too bureaucratic and too corrupt to do the right thing in any situation.

I am glad that I am in the UK right now. My monthly premium was $300 in the US. That is what I call a crippling financial burden for someone in their 20s.

I almost feel confused that logic is coming from someone on Fox News. But Shep Smith seems to be the only one with common sense on that channel. He has stuck up for a lot of stuff in his day.

I think Shep keeps looking at his fellows at Fox News and is realizing they are becoming so hard core they are blind to simple facts. They hate Obama and their lack of power so much, they spew complete nonsense on a daily basis.

It started with his 'This is America. WE DO NOT FUCKING TORTURE!' outburst a few months ago. I really think he is looking for other work and he's good, I'm surprised they aren't trying to bring him in at CNN. I wouldn't be surprised if within the next year he leaves.

And I cant wait to hear his final words that day.

Shep Smith still has a job at fox because his show pulls in more viewers than any other Fox news show. I don't know how THAT happened, but suffice it to say, Shep Smith is more popular than we realize.

Maybe there is still hope for the country, people are watching Fox, but they are watching a (relatively) balanced anchor.

Why are you guys suddenly warming up to Shepard Smith? He's just as soulless as everyone else on FOX news but for some reason is being instructed to make a handful of humanizing soundbites. Dude is slimy!

^He's making sense in this instance though- which is more than I expect from Fox. Must be awkward around the water cooler with Hannity and Glen Beck.
