From Youtube: "Dingo's can dig the rocks out if they smell water. Also there are often no rocks big enough around. Normally I mix the 2 parts in a green plastic bag; then hold the bag in the hole for a few seconds until it expands enough to plug it."

They had an episode of Dirty jobs where they mixed something like this stuff on a big plastic sheet and threw it down into sink holes made from former mine tunnels that caved in.... It worked like a plug, strong enough that they could get down in the hole and jump on it and it'd just settle in tighter....then they filled in the hole in with surrounding dirt and rocks.

I think they were working in a public park or some sort of hiking trail on that particular day...
