robbersdog49says...My interesting airplane fact: The loud noise when it slows down which I always thought was the engines running backward to stop the plane is actually the sound made by the cooling fans on the brakes on the wheels. You can hear the sound coming in at about 0:39 in this video, but you can see that the fans start earlier than this from all the spray going mad around the wheels. The delay is simply due to the distance between the viewer and the plane.
Well, I thought it was interesting anyway...
