Even with the horn being added I still think it's a dupe, because I don't believe the horn enhances the video.

I'm fine with it either way. I didn't find the other video when I searched before submitting this one. I do like what the horn adds to it though, I find it a lot funnier with it.

I like it too. Not a dupe, IMO.

The music added makes it go from tragedy to comedy. The meaning changes significantly enough to treat it as a similar but different video. Not a dupe.

We go over this repeatedly almost every time there's a video posted with a new soundtrack. And the consensus is always "not a dupe". I vote, obviously, to return it.

The new soundtrack for this video changes the context of the video. Think how boring things would be if all 'dramatic chipmunk' videos with alternate soundtracks were removed from the internet because they were too similar. We would've missed out on gems like this:
