My Chinese is a bit rusty, but I'm pretty sure he's something along the lines of "What the f*ck??"

At the end, I think that the guy was saying "that's not my bike...
..put that one back, and get me My bike."

What's so great about this video, is the building anticipation that the cyclist will crash into the grumpy old man, ...and then Sploosh!
That's a visual joke if I've ever seen one.
