BSRsays...If we talk about an 80 ft. steel hull scallop boat, the cook has it fairly easy. When a cook opens a container in the kitchen he knows what is going to come out. When you open the scallop nets anything can come rushing out at you. Sometimes with BIG SHARP POINTY teeth or spines!
