speechlesssays...Is it a "parody" when it's actually happening in reality?
I'm so confused.
criticalthudsays...heroic awesomeness
MycroftHomlzsays...Excuse me, George. I was talking.
poolcleanersays...Is Colbert really running for the presidency? Was Andy Kaufman really a wrestler? Do Apple Jacks really not taste like really real apples? Are corporations people?
These are all hilarious questions that blur the lines of my reality.
kymbossays...Colbert, showing yet again that there's no darker comedy than American politics.
MilkmanDansays...Everything about that was surreal...
First, before I got the actual video I was "treated" to an ad for stool softener, which came quite close to making me give up before the actual video started.
Then I tried to figure out if Stephanopoulos was actually as naive as he appeared in trying and struggling to give a "real" interview to a satirical "potential candidate", or if he was in on the satire and just good enough at acting to give even Colbert a run for his money. I'm not sure I could have a confident answer to that question even if I watched it a few more times...
