Bob isn't it wrong when ignorant people say that the entire Tea Party is made up of Racists just because a few Racist Assholes bring Racist signs to their protests?

It's just interesting this post coming from you, when you think it's such a bad thing to paint the entire Tea Party with the same brush. Seems hypocritical to me.

Maybe next time post some more information, maybe talk about the event and what it was about. Then point out the assholes who bullied preachers.

Now the pathetic thing about this clip is the Lawyer asked to comment on this situation. He cites No Laws, he doesn't seem to even be educated in the Law at all. How hard is it to look up? The guy who made the video didn't have a difficult time.

They relayed NO accurate information to their viewing public, and that Lawyer pretty much proved his complete incompetence. That's really bad man.

I'm not gonna argue whether or not it should be a hate crime, personally I don't much like the idea of hate crimes. But the report is staggeringly bad, you have to admit that.

Lawyers know very little about law. That's not what their paid to know, anyway. They are paid to know and to use court procedure. Nothing else. In fact, the ones who hire lawyers do so because they refuse to learn something of the law themselves, and they want someone else to handle the whole issue. So lawyers don't know the law, and the people who hire lawyers don't know the law. With judges spending so much time working with these types of people, it's no surprise when the judges themselves show little regard, or knowledge of substantial law. It's all procedure. Processing.
