I'm not a boxer so I don't know if all boxers use this or if this is just a demo. But it looks hard.

I used to do this. But I was only good with one hand and I had to use a wooden paddle.

I don't get what is so special about this. It's on a bit of elastic, it will always come back to you no matter how you hit it, and even if you don't hit it, he's not actually juggling it like a soccer player or a hacky sack would.
