Ahh, people with zero concept of the forces that are about to occur.

Seriously, a little bit of 'you know, at the top of this arc, I'm pretty sure I should be holding on pretty tight' would have solved that. That, and starting off holding onto the rope MUCH higher than she did so she could have got her legs on.
