Fairbssays...'Does not necessarily mean they should die'. Wow, this is some serious PR work. They're going to Ferguson with it first. Hmmm? No one's ever going to use that. It's not practical for one. If they wanted non-lethal, I believe there's already rubber bullets, batons, and tasers.
