Thanks FedEX, you've RUINED Christmas.

This is why you should always ship by Canada Post.

Being the tech support for a company that sells and ships refurbished computer equipment and uses FedEx as the primary shipping method, this makes me cringe.

"Why would you send out a computer that is clearly damaged?" ,noting a picture of the box and seeing telltale rough handling.
