don't think it's c64 stuff. just in style of c64. Doesn't sound like SID... c64 had 16 colors.

now that i looked it up. the video does look like c64 colors.

More than 8 independent sprites. Though clever programmers were able to reassign sprite registers in the h-blanks. And what was the resolution? I seem to recall the C64 had half the lateral resolution (something like 192) when colour sprites were used.

The Flairs video isn't the first to do this sort of absurd 8-bit music video thing, but yeah, this wasn't done super-well. Kinda slow too; the visuals aren't as frantic as the music or situation.

Fun stuff though.
