This is just a-grade brilliant. Because he had the forethought to come up with a rig that is able to be moved around and set up again wherever he is in such a way that he can take the exact same shot... BUT THEN, he makes it so that he will be rotating during the sequence... just... just... brilliant to come up with the idea, and almost obsessive to stick with it for so long, that's pretty insane.

Bravo sir, bravo to you.
