For some reason, no matter how many times I do the math, I can't seem to get a drop from 19% to 8% body fat come out as a drop of 4%. Or am I misunderstanding something?

Says 15.8%....not 8%...ok so 3.2% drop, not 4. Overestimated, my bad.

...unless I am blind and have misread that. He does not look like 8% at all, 8% you should be able to see clearly defined abs. His are hiding rather well.

Insecurity doesn't come into it, I just don't see why he would want his shorts so low that a slight breeze would show off the goods. It makes me think of the idiots who, in the quest to have "baggier" pants than others, belt their pants around their thighs. Call me what you will, I just think it looks stupid.

Duh, I completely ignored that 15 because of the space after it. My mind must have treated it like some entry in a numbered list. So apparently I'm the one who's blind.
