O'Reilly said they have called him at least 10 times to come on his show to explain his comments. They have never heard back from him.

If a Republican said something comparable like "Democrats want our troops to die." you'd never hear the end of it. We'd have a full on assault of whoever said such a hyperbolic statement. But when someone like Grayson spouts nonsense like this people rally behind him?

Nobody here was up in arms when code pink was storming Condoleeza Rice with fake blood on their hands disrupting hearings. That type of disturbance doesn't bother people because it's in line with their agenda. The freedom of speech implies the right to counter, and even obstructive speech, I don't have a problem with that. But, we on the left have been denied it for the better part of the last 8 years. I find it particularly annoying that the right now finds this freedom so sacred as to be "offended" at the merest inconvenience while exercising it.

First of all, politicians receive death threats frequently and it happens on both sides. Maddow acts as though this is a first. She is so appalled by this behavior. Yet, I don't remember her saying a word about the multiple Bush effigies we saw. Oh that's right. She's a complete partisan hack. She only gets upset when it's her guy or her agenda that is being attacked. The hypocrisy is blinding. But hey, that's MSNBC "journalism" for you.

And of course, the majority on the internet lack any type of introspection. You don't have to look very far to find someone saying we should hang Bush or shoot Cheney. But yeah, this is just the "right-wing" that does this type of stuff.

But your idiotic rant aside and back to my original point, which you failed to address. Even if the right is in fact "W R O N G" does this mean their protests are inherently "angry". Are the protests from the right not as constitutional as the protests from the left? Why is it that the left is fully behind protests that further their agenda but consistently argue against the right protesting?

What the hell kind of argument is that against illegal immigration? Olbermann's parents weren't native Americans? So what? Why does Olbermann refuse to acknowledge the "illegal" part of illegal immigration. There is a huge difference between immigrants in this country who sign the book and those who do not. Yet Olbermann doesn't acknowledge this so he can call someone a "racist".

Speaking of which, I don't remember Olbermann challenging Janeane Garofalo when she sat about 4 feet from him on his show and claimed that hundreds of thousands of Americans protesting were "racists". In fact, I remember him chuckling.
