The kid made my day.

I kept cringing waiting for something bad to happen to the coke can guy. I don't like things under pressure and I refuse to work on even low pressure gas lines at my house. I don't like being near propane or oxygen tanks. Maybe I've played too many video games.

I think it's intimidating to consider doing this without use of unsustainable modern farming and gardening practices that rely on petroleum input. The soil needs to be restored periodically somehow via laying fallow, having the right animals in there at the right time, etc. It's not good to keep going and buying soil additives every year. Also, the water in Los Angeles is by definition, I think, unsustainable. I still think this is great and I might check out their next event since I live in the area. Maybe they have already thought of all this!

It is ridiculously sad, but the song is so well done and fit the movie so well it was incredible. The movie was replayed in town here a while ago and it really made me love the song.

A little off topic, but I ended up not wanting to choose any of the main story branches because none of them felt like me. So, after endless wandering and leveling I just sort of stopped. It was a great journey though with some good stories.

I just bought the Donny Darko version of this yesterday and played it like 20 times.

This strikes me as a bullshit video made by ghouls offering no practical emergency medical advice. There may be technical expertise demonstrated in a controlled environment, but no practical advice can be gained from this. Instead, showmanship is displayed. Please, don't try to stun us with information, but instead inform us of every-day useful advice please. I appreciate your efforts truly, but this display of your bravura during a clinical, carnal display does not truly help anyone. Please continue with your medical studies, but do not suppose us fools easily impressed with a supposed dire situation. Imagine us and wonder what the fuck we are suppose to walk away from this with other than being impressed with your calm tone.

Hi Maeric. (Sorry I accidentally sent this to you privately I think.) Think of the last 200 years of progress and what vast changes in thought that has brought. Then think then of the next 1000 years and how differently people will see this mystery then. Who knows what will be common knowledge then. For the mean time, my personal response to this mystery is to learn as much as I'd like about whatever I want, enjoy my life, stay out of everyone else's way, try to help eliminate suffering and try to promote general education so that the human race as a whole gets smarter over time, even if I miss out on the future revelations. That sits fine with me and I enjoy tripping on the mystery.

If the universe is an accident then why should I, an accidental creation of chaos, seek purpose? How is my purpose anything more than an accidental coming together of molecules into a pattern that seems to indicate design but is argued to be mere science?

LOL Karl. I guess I should have prefaced that I was talking about a macroscopic level. The earth orbit is regular and this thing isn't. It isn't a matter of starting it in the same position either. You know what I meant, but I take your point about the one time, forward-only experiment of the universe.
