So this was 100% the fault of the guy following but he did not just "not break". I used to ride sportbikes and film my rides quite often. It appear what happened is the guy is front went into the corner too fast. In order to make the turn he had to go deeper and slow down much more than he would have had to had he not missed his breaking zone. He also locked up his rear tire just before his buddy hit him. The guy in the rear was following too close and did not expect his buddy to slow down as much as he did.
Moral of the story: Don't over-ride. Ride you own ride. And stay the fuck out of mine.

I live in columbia and there is a lot of buzz around town about this now that the video has come out. I work with a guy that used to know the "drug dealer" in the video years ago. Apparently he used to be a pretty big dealer and had some other sketchy things going on but has since totally cleaned up (at least relatively i suppose). These cops just busted in on an ex-dealer turned family man that happens to be a casual smoker. They got the tip from an "anonymous" source; which probably means someone the guy used to deal to got arrested for something and sold him out just to get a break.

All the clips of animation are fron Final Fantasy VIII. probably my favorite of the series.
