Can you do this ?
I feel like Natalie Tran is a good counterexample for that "there aren't actually any funny women" argument. Tina Fey, as well.
Cop Sexually Assaults Woman Then Arrests Her For Protesting
Just in case people are wondering, because this is quite old, the officer was fired, and his supervisor took a demotion.
Lesbian Woman Answers Question About Being a Butch
Because men aren't trying to be attractive to men. Men are trying to be attractive to heterosexual women.
However, the woman in this video is incentivized to be attractive to lesbians, so It seems unintuitive that she would try to look manly when she knows that is unattractive to lesbians like herself.
I don't have a problem with it, whatever makes them happy, but it is a bit odd, right? Your reply and the video don't get at the real issue -- why are there different types of lesbians. Sexuality is complicated.
Why don't straight men dress like women if they like them so much??
Caterpillar Speed Trick
That's amazing. Great Sift!
Destiny - The Law of the Jungle
The gameplay mockup looked pretty pedestrian to me. Coop shooter? It looked less interesting than Borderlands 2.
Regardless, if Gustavo Fring tells me to buy a video game I will.
Almost Died: Whoa...that was close...WHOA!
I'd say unsafe driving by the black truck got a guy rear ended. It doesn't really matter why the guy was stopped.
Respect just got a guy rear ended. What if there was a injury? Is that worth respect?
Charlie Brooker On The Boston Bombing News Coverage
Eh, I don't like this:
(1) Reddit is not a news site. Reddit is not a newspaper. Reddit is a discussion board. I see no problem with people discussing these things. I see nothing wrong with a conversation that says "this guys is suspicious".
(2) Some of the people circled in this segment are genuinely suspicious. The guys in the combat gear are military equipped mercenaries. They're not the bombers, but their presence is interesting.
(3) The younger brother did not shoot himself in the neck, apparently. So Charlie Brooker is now as guilty as everyone else he's mocking.
How common are your physical traits?
Isn't "caused by a mutation" redundant? Aren't all aspects of our genetics "caused by a mutation"? Ok, maybe an exception would be some kind of gene capture from another organism.

The event that inspired the movie:

Louis CK - Of Course But Maybe
http://www.usnews.com/science/articles/2010/01/12/egypt-new-find-shows-slaves-didnt-build-pyramids
"Dieter Wildung, a former director of Berlin's Egyptian Museum, said it is "common knowledge in serious Egyptology" that the pyramid builders were not slaves and that the construction of the pyramids and the story of the Israelites in Egypt were separated by hundreds of years."
Other than, you know, the fact they exist and the ancient Egyptians actually wrote that into the sides of the things.
Louis CK - Of Course But Maybe
There's no evidence that Jews or slaves built the pyramids.
Very Rare Triple Play
Are triple plays really that rare? This particular type of triple play must be rare, but I figure the "caught line drive, step on second, throw to first" or simply a force out on all 3 bases must happen occasionally.
Black Woman Pretends to Be White, Job Offers Skyrocket
Indeed, a key question is whether potential employers can even see the results of this diversity questionnaire. I'm guessing that they can not.
That means that the discrimination was on the basis of name. One name is linked to lower socioeconomic status than the other name.
There have been scientific studies showing that name alone will affect the number of callbacks for interviews:

How It's Made Baseballs
I am startled that so much hand labor goes into producing each baseball. I always thought they were slightly expensive to buy, but now I think they should cost more.
Also, I've probably watched 40 episodes of How It's Made, and it's almost always Canadian factories. I've never seen what might be called a "sweatshop". Maybe they're branching out.
