I've been watching the new late show and after a while I noticed some "Where's Waldo?" Colberts hidden in the intro. I didn't spot any new ones in this version, but the three subtle ones I know of are in there.

Hard to tell. Obviously a new motor, but why swap in a different gas engine? I think at 1:25 it sounds like an electric motor, and at the very end it sounds like it clicks off.

A Google Image search returns a couple similar-looking results but nothing conclusive. Also they don't show a battery, but it might be a small one for small experiments. Maybe even self-contained in that housing, since most GIS results show simple cylindrical motors.

I feel like the title for this one should indicate "man who is a cop kills his wife". But that sure doesn't make the circumstances any better, it's just a very different situation from an on-duty cop killing a random civilian (that's what I expected from the current title).
