It was really nice to see Leon in there; a very simple costume, but pulled off so well (with the body language) to be instantly recognizable in one a second flash. Really great costumes!

I can't believe anyone would mistake this for the original. He is, indeed, very good but lacks the power and energy of Freddy Mercury. He is too mellow, especially at the beginning (it does pick up some). However, he is definitely damn good.

Biblical Principles. Assuming he believes that the new testament over-rides the old...

- Non violence. Turn the other cheek. Die if you have to for your cause; Jesus did. Violence is unacceptable under all conditions, including self-defence.
- Care for the poor. New testament is chock full of 'welfare state' kind of stuff.
- Throw out the interest chargers and money changers and the lenders, etc. (banks, etc.)
- Love your neighbour, period. Doesn't matter what religion they are.

I could go on. I look forward to him abiding to these principles.

It is similar to arguing that birth control is equivalent to abortion or that copying a CD is the same as theft. Some argue that if you take actions which decrease potential, it is the same as decreasing actuality. It isn't a mistake, really, it is an interpretation. IMO, a bogus one, but clearly he won't back down on his interpretation, since he does not consider it mistaken.
