I am not trying to undermine the witness, but unless she's been at multiple shows and works with whale, i'm not sure I'd believe her. I just think that she's probably not capable of telling the difference between a normal whale that is playing vs an agitated whale.

She might be right, but I dont think the reporter should have shown her testimony.

I think it would be difficult to do a whole segment for men. At least women require some thought in duping them to buy pointless things. For men, all you'd need is a picture of a woman in a suggestive pose. And put the name of the product beneath it.

AS much as i hate graffiti'ers. I think if he had just been told to pay for the damages and be sent to jail for maybe a few months to 'to teach him a lesson'. I think it would be have been enough. The main thing is, if you vandalize something, you should have to pay for it.

What I mean is, this could easily have been sent to jail for 2 months and required to work at a minimum wage job for the rest of the year to pay for the damages. No need to totally screw up his life over this. If anything, it'll probably turn him into a harder criminal spending time in jail.

To be fair, I think it's the shame that does the lifting. I find lifting a bike when you're embarrassed (in public) is much much easier/quicker in term of physical effort required, as opposed be being alone in a garage or empty road.
