Where I'm from, you can be charged with impaired driving for a number of reasons. For example, if you blow under the legal limit, you can still get a DUI if you were too intoxicated to drive safely.
Depending where you are, this policy is already used most places for driving under the influence of marijuana.

I've often thought that Sweden would be somewhere I would like to live, especially if I were to ever have children.
I struggled in high school, and now, 4 years after I was supposed to graduate, I'm still trying to fix my mistakes. I've often considered that if the school system I grew up with was different, that things would have turned out better.
I guess I can't do much more than speculate however.
