messengerYep. And he knows it. Pretty much all of Lev's videos are about his tendency to think too much.
Given his level of openness and the lack of therapy mentioned in his videos, I have to assume he isn't getting any. Too bad.
Lev thinks WAY to much and should be in therapy. He's gonna drive himself crazy. I often overthink also. Not half as bad as Lev seems to, but still way to much for my well being. It causes so much unnecessary anxiety which i take medication for, and as many can probably tell i edit and delete so many things i do online due to this type of problem. Good news though im going to start seeing a counselor/therapy to see if i can be fixed

(edit) within two minutes. Going to take a klonopin to deal with the anxiety that's starting to well up for putting out this comment. Still haven't altered the comment...yet.
