Hahaha! I get it! Job's e-mail to Colbert was highly personal: "kthxbye". Colbert: "luvu2". Colbert's a satirist. His sentiment is as real as Job's success. But I think (or there should be anyway) a message in this bit: How can people be so blind-sided by someone like Jobs? He is definitely inspirational. I just hope that his legacy is proven to be more than simply the devices he has produced for its consumers and the success of his companies.

More kudos to those whose wealth has given them leisure to turn into philantropy or whose struggle with cancer has given them the direction to highlight those struggles by spending their time and energy in donation drives and work in media awareness. Jobs was not known for these.

Actually, the Gateses are two of the most generous philanthropists. http://www.gatesfoundation.org/Pages/home.aspx. While the practices at factories that support Apple show that they may be ignoring "the good" of their workers for the benefit of their consumers.

I don't like judging those in the public eye because we don't really know them. But what's irked me in the recent years is the blind, almost religious, adoration of Jobs. I admit, however, that he can be an inspiration.

It looks like he'd like to voice a few ideas not only in regards to Apple but also in regards to what MS should be doing (in the market). But he can't because it's not his role anymore. (I can imagine that he wouldn't want to over-step Ballmer. It'd be very destabalising to MS.)

agreed. and learning some obscure syntax (simply used to shortcut work) will actually be counter-productive for those these types of tools are targetted at: new developers.

regardless, i commend the work put into the application.

my tip: understand that HTML is simply a way to "mark-up" the document, and all else becomes simple.

Real web developers don't use WYSIWYG/drag and drop IDE's, more hassle than they're worth when you know what you need to build.
This is kinda neat, but tbh, the good IDE's have prediction/completion on elements anyway, it seems like an effort to learn a whole and correctly type a new syntax to describe sets of elements.
