"Our Guys Should Talk"
do not vote for hillary, it's all an act, you cannot trust someone that's acting all of the time.
Talk by Naomi Wolf - The End of America
why would it become "completely clear" to her that every would-be-dictator "does the same 10 things"?
why make it a nice round 10 or did you just make them up... is it because you've mustered together a book with the number 10 on it? aww bless.
she started this with 'someone told me this' and 'she pointed out this', that's a typical thing to say when you never came to any conclusions about these things yourself.
it's true there are patterns though i'll give her that, it's no revelation though, i mean these acts are actually planned out by people.
i'd recommend chomsky if you're interested in this kind of thing and want to hear it from someone that knows what they're talking about.
she's basically right though they're just not her thoughts at all.
Andy McKee performs "Africa" by Toto
i'm sure it'll say on his site.
i was sat through this whole thing thinking, oh yeah but just wait 'til he opens his mouth, little did i know it wasn't this guy - http://www.videosift.com/video/Hey-Ya-Acoustic

The Office UK: David Brent Dance Party

Letterman to O'Reilly: "60% of what you say is crap"
these two are good friends, and clueless. people should stay away from this stuff, they're just spewing out meaningless fodder for the stupids that buy into propaganda
O'Reilly on Letterman
neither of them are 'on the ball'. the reason we invaded iraq wasn't because of WMDs, and invading iraq had nothing to do with 9/11 (aside from them using it as an excuse).
also, when it comes to the importance of a human life - it doesnt matter where a person come from, iraqi lives are just as important.
these two guys on this subject are idiots, and at least some of this audience is retarded.
this interview has been rehearsed anyway, it's just fodder for the stupid majority of people in america (i'm sorry but it's true).
Ann Coulter Wants Jews to be 'Perfected'
do i downvote because she's horrible, or upvote to show everyone that she's horrible, i dont know.
Selfish Love - odd Japanese slap guitar song
'dude's' ?!
Burning and Burnt Cars from 9/11 and following days.
does anyone remember seeing on the bbc on 9/11 - they played the towers getting hit over and over again with some really poorly chosen music? there was quite a fuss about it.
thinking about it now it's very propagandistic to do that, it's like shouting at everyone "you'd better know this has happened!"
not that relevant but i felt like mentioning it
Surface of Eceon: Time lapse video of the South Pole
if you like this music check out Isis, particularly their albums Oceanic and Panopticon, they're the cream of the crop of this genre (avant-garde/post-hardcore).
National Geographic goes Undercover in North Korea
if all of those people's thoughts can be controlled it makes you wonder to what extent our way of thinking is being controlled
UF Student tasered at John Kerry Speech
From issue 2623 of New Scientist magazine, 29 September 2007, page 3:
'IS IT safe to use Tasers to restrain people? The debate has been growing as more and more police forces have started using the electro-stun weapon. The latest research appears to show that while tasering does increase heart and breathing rates, it has few if any long-term effects (see "Taser studies begin to address health concerns"). End of story? Not at all.
Whether a weapon is safe to use is not the only question police officers should be asking. Just as relevant is whether it is appropriate or necessary. A Taser causes severe pain and muscle contractions, and temporary paralysis. Using it is unquestionably a violent act.
Granted, it can save lives: where it is used in place of lethal force, for example, or to prevent someone committing suicide. But a guarantee that it is safe should not be a ticket for police to use it indiscriminately. Like all tools of violence, it should remain a weapon of last resort.'
Richard Dawkins - 1996 Richard Dimbleby Lecture
if only all of those opposed to atheism were to watch this they'd have nothing left to say
Rocky Mountain Collegian: Taser This . . . F*CK BUSH!
i'm surprised it would make the local news nevermind cnn. i'm sure there're better headlines about the bush administrationin in free papers that can have more impact, but i guess with controlled media they thought this one would be good to show up for some reason
Tektonic - New style of dance
