Dad... Why Didn't Mum Want Me To Go On Holiday With Her?
If it says something like "This video is not available in your country due to copyright restrictions." That qualifies as a *blocked right?

The ins and outs of a Vagina (NSFW!)

Just saw 'District 9', and the verdict is... (Scifi Talk Post)
Yeah, this movie was definitely well worth the time. It gets you pretty wrapped up in some of the prosthetics and special effects. Even the CGI, while not exactly sparse, was actually only used where it was impossible to have an object or creature in real life. It's even got a pretty original view point on the whole "ZOMG, alium!" genre.
Bonus creepiness: The theater I was in, no one made a sound the whole movie(not even a cough), no one got up to go to the bathroom, no one said a word till we all could see daylight. It was outright trippy. Super happy I got to see this movie.
Disgusting Procedure on Cow - With Hilarious Results
It looks like they're draining an abscess, from how much blood is coming out. The clear fluid is the infection, and from the lack of puss, looks like this isn't the first time they're done this to that infection point. Then again, this is infection knowledge is bases off of doing the same thing to cats and dogs. You'd be surprised at how much puss a tom's face can hold after a battle with the local alpha male.
A quick google search suggests they're draining an infection in one of the teets. The infection can kill a cow pretty quickly if drastic measures aren't taken.

Patton Oswalt's first dramatic film role
>> ^griefer_queafer:
He is patently wrong for this role.
I love PO's comedy, but he is NOT destined to be a serious actor in my opinion. He just doesn't have the range, I believe.
I'll have to completely disagree. Just looking at the trailer, without thoughts of "he's a comedian," That's a surprisingly good job for a new actor. Using the example already given of Giamatti, he adds something that Giamatti really couldn't. You already feel the intense pidgin hold on Aufiero's life, just by looking at Oswalds face. Oswald invokes a feeling of someone who's slowly losing the one thing that makes him different. Giamatti would have made the character into someone railing again all these outside forces. Even the trailer would be different in what it presents the moral of the movie as.

Shoplifting Family Caught on Tape
Why is it that anything happening with children involves requires a news station to ask other "moms" their opinion? And why are these moms always found in some place at a point in the day that shows these moms don't have jobs or lives outside their children?
Yes, I am that dumb

Facts about Major Depression
Having a "negative perspective" isn't normal? I prefer the term "cynical, sarcastic asshole."
Also, the "fact" that 90% of people that commit suicide have a mood disorder isn't really fact based. The statistic is wholly based on post-suicide diagnosis. Basically, it's someone thinking "anyone that kills themselves has to be crazy," and using that bias to say that the person was suffering from a mental illness. Only approximately 20% of the people who kill themselves(in most studies) were diagnosed prior to suicide.
Not trying to say suicide or depression is any less serious that this guy is trying to express. But I hate lies told to try to boost outrage over something most people find horrifying in the first place.
How To Give A Toddler Nightmares For Life
>> ^yourhydra:
im not a mom yet but i disaprove. most adul problems are root back to experiances from childhood, even ones you dont remember. you brain is growing anf forming and anything can have a lasting impact. even if some disgree of the damaging effects its cruel nonetheless.
It depends on the kid. I've spent my entire life having nightmares. As in several a night, at least 4 times a week, since I was at least 3 years old(yes I remember back that far). I grew up, got used to them, and am going to use them in my career choice of becoming a director. I'm a bit weird, but I'm much more psychologically "ok" than anyone I know.
This was maybe 6 hours of weird creepy things around this baby. He'd have forgotten this in a few days and will be as normal as everyone else.
