Somebody should have told you that it is illegal to cross the autobahn on foot...!

Pretty sure it was very early in the morning, would explain the emptiness of the autobahn (it actually is pretty hard to find a stretch to go that fast during the day) and the excessive amounts of bugs .

In short, more or less:

According to the Fifa-rule the team which scored the crazy penalty won and would have gone up to the next higher league for the next season, but according to an italian rule the penalty off the crossbar should not have counted. The losing team protested the result and the protest was upheld and the game was re-scheduled and had to be played again.
