Slipknot on why they wear masks
Touche, I shouldn't have left GWAR out, although I still haven't seem them live technically. They were rained out this summer at Riot Fest and all we got was a ton of fake blood shot out over everyone and a brief glimpse of their costumes. I think their equipment was probably damaged even, it went from dry as their set started to a torrential downpour traveling horizontal in seconds.
Kiss was a little before my time, so I haven't had the urge to go see them live, although I do enjoy their music and influence.
My list was only bands I've seen live =P
I like them, but I'm disappointed there's no honorable mention of GWAR, or even KISS as an inspiration.
They are far from the first masked metal band.
Slipknot on why they wear masks
They are really amazing live, the masks and the overall theatrics of the show were great. Hollywood Undead also has some great masks, but Mudvayne was the first I saw really dressing up, with their face paint.
The Present
I used to have a tripod dog, he lost his front leg around 1 year old and got to adopt him because of the accident. Best dog I've ever had (of many) and he ran so damn fast that people didn't know until he stopped!
Dog playing with ball by himself - Austin
My parents GSD does this with his floating frisbee, he drops it in the stream and waits for it to come out the other side of a small bridge. He'd love something faster paced like this!
Canada misses Bowie
I'd totally forgotten he was in that movie, but I remember I enjoyed it a lot when it came out. The Illusionist was also good, but it was another "coincidence" year of the super similar movie premise.
Personal Jet Pack
Love the safety tether like you see on snowmobiles and such to prevent runaways, I wonder if it cuts power when you're 100' up and accidentally catch it?
Kaleidoscope: See Things Differently (4K)
Amazing rider and quite the trippy visuals on top!
Behind the scenes at the end were great too because otherwise it just looked inhuman...
Nordic Fish Woman
I had to think about why he seemed so familiar and then I remembered this gem

Shark Diving Close Call
I've never thought diving in a shark cage looked that scary, I'm sure at first there's some adrenaline to be that close and then it would start wearing off. Now I know I'm totally wrong, that would have been scary as hell!
The War on Science
http://videosift.com/video/The-Fifth-Estate-The-Silence-of-the-Labs
There's a big issue with how science and scientists are being treated in Canada currently and it's not even a new subject. But it's not sexy enough to hold attention long enough for people to actually get upset like we need....
Geo Metro meets a brutal fate
I believe it's supposed to be impressive because that is actually a manure spreader, but it's built well enough to tear an engine less car to pieces.

I wonder if they chose a Metro because they were known to be total crap, lol.

Well this is a form of hazing after all...
Is this is an apprentice thing?
Do it for Mom!
But of course, you have to put a hole in them in the context of this commercial!
OMG, I think that was a condom-kebab.
