The highlighting circle was attempting to show you that the guy got his foot run over by the truck. Hard to see in a little embedded video even with highlighting.

He went about 3 seconds over the allotted time!

He's got a genetic mutation that causes his body to not produce myostatin, which slows down muscle development. The same genetic mutation is how Belgian Blue (aka double-muscle) cows are made.

I watched the first episode they produced a couple of years ago (The Savage Empire). It's amazing how they kept the exact look & feel of the original series. Most of the other fan-made films are heavy on CGI and feel more like the follow-on series.
