These guys sure know how to get a party started!
Only the French! Still, it made me chuckle.
Venus Fly Trap time lapse
This was cool, but I wanted to see it trap a fly.
Lionel Richie on helium singing 'Hello'
What a good sport!
Chuck Mangione - Feels So Good
This is a great song, and it isn't even my favorite of his. (That would be "Children of Sanchez," a 14-minute piece from the album of the same name.) This is probably the one that had the most commercial success, though. I think Chuck Mangione ranks up there with Carlos Santana as a gifted instrumentalist.
According to Wikipedia:
A 1980 issue of Current Biography called "Feels So Good" the most recognized tune since "Michelle" by The Beatles. Recently, smooth jazz stations throughout the United States have recognized Mangione's "Feels So Good" as their all-time number one song.
EASTER SCANDAL!! Cadbury Eggs are Shrinking!
According to Cadbury UK's FAQs (www.cadburyschweppes.com):
Why has the size of the egg changed?
As the world's largest confectionery company, Cadbury Schweppes is committed to developing great-tasting products that consumers love. Since people's preferences vary from market to market, so do our products. This is reflected in the broad variety of sizes and flavors of products that we offer our consumers worldwide.
If you're eating a Cadbury Crème Egg in the UK or Canada - nothing has changed, they're the same size as ever. However, in the United States, our business partner, Hershey, elected to reduce the size of the crème egg.
Cadbury Eggs remain a consumer favorite and continue to be an excellent value. We apologize for any confusion or misleading information.
Suction Cupping Yourself to a Bullet Train ~ Good Idea?
According to Wikipedia, the leukemia thing was a hoax. The guy is still alive - and still trainsurfing, even though he has a 4yo daughter.

Father home from Iraq surprises daughters by hiding in box
I wonder about the wisdom of turning a private homecoming into a media event. It doesn't seem fair to the kids to turn them into a public spectacle in front of their friends and the world. If he's been home long enough to arrange this elaborate surprise, then why didn't he just skip it and see his family that much sooner?
Crazy limbo record
Amazing! An incredible feat at any age, and especially for a "senior citizen."
Waterphone-that instrument from scary movies
Very distinctive sound, interesting to see what makes it!
Zoolander VH1 Fashion Awards Skit
I read on Wikipedia that they did this video for the 1996 VH1 Fashion Awards (as stated), and a second one for the 1997 VH1 Fashion Awards. I've tried searching for the 1997 version but can't find it. Anyone??
Drifting, old-school style
That's gotta be hard on the horse!
Mistadobalina, Mr. Bob Dobalina
Classic 90s? Try classic 60s. This is based on an old Monkees tune, "Zilch."
Johnny Depp Can't Sing.
I actually thought it was okay, for the character. I'd rather have him do a passable job, than have them dub it and then be distracted during the entire movie because it doesn't sound like his voice.
Best First Dance at a Wedding Ever ( She's a Keeper )
My only complaint is that the thumbnail spoils the surprise. Otherwise, great video.
Iron Butterfly - In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida
The year the album came out, my parents each bought it for the other for Christmas. Groovy.
