My first day as a crane operator
Clearly not safe: I didn't see one person wearing a hard-hat.
Harold and Maude: Harold kills himself. Again.
With some great original music by Cat Stevens if I remember correctly.
Been a while since I've seen this, perhaps it's time I dug it out for a viewing.

Great speaker. Checkout 34:55 (you might need to start from the nearest index at 33:51) for an awsome old curse from 1585 which I fully intend to use at the next available opportunity.
Calling All Sci-Fi Geeks - James Cameron's "Avatar"
Collated snippets of info from around IMDB:
"Project 880" Also Known As: Avatar: An IMAX 3D Experience (USA) (IMAX version)
Announced on June 14, 2005 in the Hollywood Reporter, James Cameron's untitled "Project 880" is a parallel project being developed alongside Battle Angel (2011). It will use the same digital-3D camera system (developed by Vince Pace) and virtual production studio (developed by Robert Legato) that Cameron will use on Battle Angel.
Sigourney Weaver plays a 'James Cameron' persona for her character in 'Avatar'. Sigourney stated in an interview, "I teased him because to me I'm playing Jim Cameron in the movie as this kind of brilliant, approach-driven, idealistic perfectionist. But that same somebody has a great heart underneath. So I have to say I was always kind of channeling him."
James Cameron' originally attempted to get this film made in 1999 as his immediate follow-up to Titanic (1997). However, at the time, the special effects he wanted for the movie ran the proposed budget up to $400 million. No studio would fund the film, and it was subsequently shelved for almost ten years.

Open-mindedness
This guy is great, I've watched many of his videos and have always found his arguments to be well thought out and very clearly presented.
Where are they from, is there a YouTube channel or web-address?
What is Rocket Science?
I think.
One In A Million Shot (Golf)
hacks!
You're gonna be uncomfortably parallell!
Honestly go away and watch it again, if that's what you think qualifies for an informative, well presented video then you have pretty low standards for videos.
You're gonna be uncomfortably parallell!
I'm a developer, I'm interested, but I didn't make it past half way. What a terrible video, uninformative and the audio is just nasty.

It was interesting to lookup some of the avenues on Google Street View.

The Wonders of Electricity and Magnetism
Lewin is great, a wonderful teacher. I watched a whole series of his lectures on classical mechanics and enjoyed every minute. At one point he was hanging from a pendulum swinging across the lecture hall.
I'll post a link here as soon as I've dug it out.

Be warned there's more mathematical content than I remembered.
Did you forget to do something after tipping your truck??
They could have signaled! Ha.
Thoughts on Creationism - A Christian Perspective
Yes, I'm also skeptical of that statistic. We have a handful of very nutty Muslims to be sure, but my experience is that they're in a very small minority.
Intestinal worms cure allergies
I don't think the video was suggesting there was a chemical involved, although I guess that would be an alternate explanation, alongside the usual placebo effects etc.
It seemed to be arguing the far more general point that having an idle immune system could make you susceptible to auto-immune conditions; conditions where where the body is attacked by it's own immune system. I have no idea if that's true or not, proper clinical trials would be needed, but I ain't volunteering!
Any House fans here? It's always Lupas.
