Mac spoof for gaming
Until I can run MSFS with all of its customizations on a console, I'll stick with PCs for games.
Why shouldn't grandma go skydiving?
She did okay with the apple and the corn-on-the-cob but was no match for a blast of air...
700mph Parachute Jump from 20 Miles Up!
Video gone...
Also, he may have been falling at 700 MPH, but that is true airspeed, not indicated. The difference is that true airspeed factors in differences in atmospheric pressure and temperature to convert the speed that your body experiences through the air into the actual speed that it is traveling. For example, at sea level indicated airspeed and true airspeed are the same, but if you go up to 10,000 feet 250 knots of indicated airspeed translates to roughly 300 knots true airspeed.
And for why he didn't burn up, as has already been stated, meteors are traveling on the order of 10 to 100 times faster and experience much much more frictional heating.
Roger Waters - Lost Boys Calling (from The Legend of 1900)
Written by Ennio Morricone.
Vocals by Roger Waters.
Guitar solos by Eddie van Halen.
This is one of my favorite songs.
Piano Duel Between Jelly Roll Morton and 1900 - pt. 2
I liked it for several reasons.
Ennio Morricone did the soundtrack.
Tim Roth is one of my favorite actors.
And the big reason was Roger Waters collaborating with Eddie van Halen for Lost Boys Calling.
Piano Duel Between Jelly Roll Morton and 1900 - pt. 1
I was thinking of finding and posting these earlier this week. Great movie, and I absolutely love this scene!
Chairboy's Walking Power Loader From ALIENS.
He really needed to look at the camera or someone and say, "Get away from her, you bitch!"
50 marbles in a blender.
Just checked out their web page. If I'm paying $400 for a blender, it better blend the freakin' kitchen sink.
Bill Gates loves cream pie (no sound)
It's a cream pie to the face, though - the staple of slapstick in any language.
I guess I could remove it...
50 marbles in a blender.
Three cheers for silicosis!
*studying for respiratory and cardiovascular pathology exam right now*
The Goops - Build Me Up (From Mallrats)
The sync is a little off, but I couldn't find a better version.
Paxilback: SexyBack Parody (really funny)
I'm studying for a pharmacology exam right now, and one of my classmates just posted this on our discussion boards.

Guy pushes finger into spinning blade; invention stops blade
It is a neat invention, but it'll really take a lot to get manufacturers to do this. Too much liability for it to be cost effect, in my opinion. I'd love to be proved wrong, but lawyers/lawsuits have killed better ideas.
Lasik Eye Surgery
I'm in medical school and that even made me cringe a bit.
It's truly amazing what we can do today.
Nice find.
If you want truly gut-wrenching, look for either C-sections or orthopedic surgery. That'll really make you queasy!
