C'mon, jarheads and squids like each other much better than they do the Air Force or Army.

The shots from the helo show some coordination; its a safe bet the captain knew about it. Surface Warfare Officers (the guys that run the ship) aren't known for their sense of humor, so it's cool to see this.

Those two were total idiots for getting themselves into that situation. Did they expect North Korea to have a sense of humor for that stuff?

Baseless and false. Very, very few Americans would identify themselves by their state before their country. The only people that may even come close may be Texans. And no, I not counting extreme minorities such as Alaskan secessionists and native Hawaiians.

Well that's about as subjective and biased a statement you can make, especially coming from an "empirical" culture. To me, freedom of speech is very well defined, written in law, and relatively non-malleable.

I believe "justice" is a relative concept. Ask someone who's been a victim or a criminal.

We call what Sobel did "gaffing him off", as in ignoring Major Winters. He went out of his way to do him a discourtesy by not saluting a superior officer. I wouldn't really describe this as anyone getting pwnd, it was just a case of Sobel being a dick and getting called on it.

Gaffing someone off is never seen as admirable or being a bad ass, so no props for Sobel for doing it.
