'Booty Wave', Most Likely Civilization's Downfall
Someone needs to remove the Parody tag.
Cat and Dolphins playing together
It's amazing...at first glance it seems like two animals playing together, but then you realize the dolphin is WAY more intelligent - like chimp intelligent - and that the dolphin is playing with the cat.
Revenge Will Be Mine!!
It took him about 30 minutes to cause her what looked to be about 30 minutes worth of work. Not exactly efficient revenge.
Watermelon carving
Oh lay off Westy. These ARE used for buffet tables on cruise lines, not displayed in galleries.
Greatest Freakout Ever Interview - Director's Cut!!
Strong possibility may be the first video was real, was a hit, and the family decided the only way for him to live this down would be to turn it into a running joke.
Greatest Freakout Ever Interview - Director's Cut!!
>> ^blankfist:
I was pretty sure this was fake before, but this interview cleared up any lingering doubt I might've had.
If you could explain to me how a guy in high school would stand to gain anything from posting a video of himself half naked and trying to stick a remote control up his butt, I'll believe you. Try explaining to a girl in class you like that it was all "fake".
Incredible skateboarding by soon-to-be-famous Kilian Martin
>> ^gnargnar:
As a skater, I have to rain on the parade. These are all joke tricks for your standard pro skater, and most aren't even executed exceptionally well. Touching your front wheels in a manual? Putting your foot down? That's basic no-no stuff.
Chris Haslam blows all of this out of the water when he's playing around. Richie Jackson. There's lots of "circus skaters" out there that destroy this dude.
And as someone that's not much of a Mullen fan- Rodney Mullen is roughly 829% better than this guy.
Sorry.
If that's the case I won't bother correcting his name from the title - the video says Kilian.
Worlds' first recorded double entendre!
From wikipedia: ...when Blackmail was remade with sound, Ondra's thick accent was considered unacceptable, so her dialogue was recorded by actress Joan Barry
Improv Everywhere: Ghostbusters in the NYC Public Library
Also no upvote for having a Peter Venkman from the cartoon series lookalike versus an actual Bill Murray.

Baby Kangaroo swimming at the Beach
I've read most animals can naturally swim. The ones that need to be taught are ones which have their noses below the water, like a human, chimp, or gorilla.
From wiki: Even though primarily terrestrial tetrapods have lost many of their adaptations to swimming, the ability to swim has been preserved or re-developed in many of them. it may never have been completely lost.
>> ^Frynge:
huh, yeah. I had no idea they had any clue as to how to swim. cute little guys.
Palin thinks climate change is "snake oil science stuff"
I did. Take it up with Wikipedia.

Although the first liquid fuelled rocket was launched by an american, it was invented by a Russian.
I'm not sure about "inventing" heart transplants, but the first one was performed by a South African in South Africa.
The CD is harder to tell, because it was based on prior technology, but it would be likely attributed to Philips (Netherlands) or Sony (Japan)
Those are just a few I decided to fact check.
America has produced lots of innovations, but it would be nice if people could do at least a cursory investigation before attributing everything to it.

Americans will invent it?
