Not sure I follow... I'd think a police academy student would wear a uniform while they were taking the course. But when they are graduated, and don't actually have a job in law enforcement, there isn't a reason (besides cosplay) of wearing a uniform and carrying a gun/utility belt.

This is just stupid.. fireworks in general. Oohhh bright lights/loud noises!!! For the amount of accidents that happen, people/wildlife that are disturbed and house pets that are traumatized there is really no reason these should be allowed anywhere for any reason. Goes for all firecrackers too.

If the viper had a mid-engine and traction control it wouldn't have been close, but that thing is legendary for being very challenging to drive well. Very stupid to try that with a viper on public roads without knowing what it will do!

lucky it was spinning... seemed to stop it coming right through. I've seen this happen with a small metal clamp from a passing plow truck, it didn't come all the way through, but caved in the windshield a bit and the interior/people get COVERED in tiny glass shards.

I'm surprised the driver said nothing, made no sound.
