Well, as far as im aware, escapist own the guys videos that he makes for them exclusively, so any "tubing" is probably against the rules hence why it got pulled.

the guy/gal is a bit of an asshole to be perfectly honest. He put others lives in danger by driving about like that. Taping it just means he/she is an arrogant git who thinks he can get away with anything. I hope he gets caught and they find all these taped videos. He doesnt deserve the attention.
