I agree with him about the labeling of others as evil.. but I live in the south. No, not everyone is racist kkk members - BUT the vast majority of people you meet and talk to, if you manage to get them to speak their mind on the subject do have a STRONG distaste for Obama because they think he's muslim or because he's black. They have a STRONG distaste for illegal immigrants for thinly veiled racist reasons and stereotypes. Listening to the radio stations in my home town, its full of people who rail and scream against Obama and immigrants for things that are very obviously racist.

Again..that's not everyone - but it definitely is a big cross section I've noticed in daily life in the south.

There most definitely is a difference between a religion, like mormonism, and an unfounded kooky cult like scientology.

Not much difference from Hasidic Jews who wear their Tallit Katan underneath their clothing.. wheres a video explaining their beliefs to make fun of?

Now, I'm an Atheist, but if we're gonna make fun of religion.. go for it as a whole, because the hypocrisy of the way every denomination of Christians attack each other because their beliefs differ and about all of America and these other denominations gang up on Mormons when they don't actually know anything about them is crazier then any of the various beliefs.

And in all honesty.. it is a weird belief. But no stranger then what people believe in Judaism, Islam, and every form of Christianity. I guess I feel akin to Mormons as an Atheist because American Christians tend have this strong distrust of them for completely unfounded ideas and rumors - the same way they do Atheists.

The video is much better then anything anyone else has used the song with.. car commercials, Keanu Reeves, 16 year olds making a video of anything, "intellectual" videos of nothing but text...

In fact, all of that completely ruined this song for me. I can't stand it now.. but the video is still very pretty.

Fugazi has got to be the greatest band.. Ian McKaye and Guy Piccioto are two of my biggest heroes. The Evens are great..but I wish Fugazi was still going strong.

Awesome idea. Feel kinda sad it takes so much to get my age bracket into museums though.. Every major museum I've ever been to was an amazing experience.

I've been listening to Williams a lot lately.. It's really amazing. The Inevitable Rise and Liberation of Niggy Tardust is a great album, but you have to hear his previous ones, too. In certain areas, they sound better.
