Yea, I guess my Windows machines are all pretty safe from infection these days. Since they crash all the time I mostly leave them turned off. It's hard to infect a machine that is turned off.

And I'm a professional software developer who's shipped millions of Windows products! I write all my software on a Mac and then just port it to windows in the end.

I went out and bought 40 acres that has a couple of caves on it. I did this because I love caves.

In the US when you own land, you generally own everything underneath it. Once in awhile the mineral rights are separate. Most mineral claims are associated with metal based deposits or coal. Most caves are in non-metal sedimentary deposits, so it is rare that there are mineral claims associated with caves. In some countries like Belize or Cayman Islands, all caves are owned by the government.
