Are you copying ALL of the embed code?

I'm pretty sure I was.

I just tried it again with an short title, description, and tags, and it worked for me. But I'd tried it at least 6 or 7 times over the last few weeks with no luck prior to that.

I'm still having the same problem. Here's the embed code (it must have something to do with that, no?):
