If the climate alarmists are right, then:

1) They somehow know what the mean global temperature of earth is supposed to be over the next 100 years

and

2) They purport to be able to reach this precise temperature via taxation and regulation.

^Climate scientists do, in fact, understand what range of global temperatures are suitable for comfortable human life. They also understand the factors that contribute to global temperature, which is why anomalies led them to this this -most corporate unfriendly- hypothesis and eventual theory of global warming. In order to keep us within this range, taxation and regulation would probably be excellent tools, but that is in the realm of politics, not science.

Make no mistake, corporate fear of taxation and regulation is the precise reason you have been indoctrinated. Your pride and susceptibility to fear is what makes you a such prime vessel for indoctrination. If you are skeptical of my claims, ask yourself this, are there any other scientific theories you are skeptical of? Do you generally trust science when it comes to physics, chemistry, medicine, biology and earth science? Do you take medicine? Vitamins? Brush your teeth? Do you go to the doctor? Do you trust that gravity will keep you from floating into space when you jump? Why is it that you only oppose this one very specific branch of science that just so happens to be the target of a very expensive corporate public relations campaign? And why shouldn't I believe you are an unwitting pawn who has been dazzled by this expensive public relations campaign?
