What does everyone think about the following idea:

Have a bunch of awards with diferent titles, like "Most hard-working sifter", "Peacemaker", "Most candid sifter","Most ridiculed sifter" etc where sifters are nominated for the different awards and then given the title for the month.

Then there could be a spot on sift talk where the sifter of the month is featured. They can post photos, talk about why they sift, what inspires them etc.

They could be nominated for either their posts, comments or general presence on the site. Once nominated, the title could be awarded by votes.
