Siftbot is in a ruby-bestowing mood recently, and it seems it's just Len's time to get one! My own acquaintance with this excellent sifter is quite lacking, so I'll leave the congratulations and celebrations to the rest of the Sift community.

I would simply add, congrats Len Nickel, keep on sifting the wonderful stuff you find and get to work on coming up with a channel idea for yourself (and one for me, if it's not too much trouble )
