Since the requeue command essentially resets a video in the queue, allowing it that "second chance," doesn't it make sense to allow a day or 2 after it discards for the requeue? That'd also allow each video to see that "just about to expire" surge before pushing it back the front. Having a video get 9 votes, then slip through the cracks into oblivion for eternity because I wasn't around to requeue it(see this and this for example) is sad. hehe. Maybe it'd get too complicated of a system. I dunno. Thoughts?

In addition, it might also make sense to limit requeuing to one timer per video, since otherwise, I could just set a timer to remind me to just requeue a video every 3 days until it gets through.
